Here you can find all the information you need about my art prices, terms of use, etc.Currently, I am mostly active on discord and bluesky. after you decide what you want to commission me for, contact me there.I do have other social medias, however, you might receive a late response there since i dont check them a lot!

Terms of Service

Policy

• GENERAL: I have the right to decline any commission request or cancel it at any time with full or partial refund depending on the art's progress.
• I'll assume you are unavailable if you do not reply/pay me within a week of contacting me, resulting in your commission being cancelled.
• I have chronic illness therefore i cannot work with deadlines, expect you drawing to be made from 1-2 months depending on its complexity, and my health/life situation.

• PAYMENT: Payment via Paypal invoice in USD and 100% upfront, I can only start the drawing after payment is sent.
• Always wait for me to send you the invoice first! do not pay me a random amount without a warning then expect me to do what you want.

• REVISIONS: I am an artist who enjoys having their creative freedom specially when making the funky illustrations, however, i do allow revisions and inputs from the commissioner.
• Revisions are available depending on the current drawing stage, I only allow bigger changes (e.g: pose, perspective, outfits, extra characters, commission type, etc.) for free during the sketch phase.
• After that only smaller changes can be done for free (e.g: small details, colors, facial expressions, etc.), bigger changes after the sketch phase will incur an additional fee.
• please be clear and decisive and don't constantly ask for changes, even small changes can be a pain if demanded excessively.

• REFUNDS: the commissioner can not demand a refund after the sketch phase is done.
• however Full or partial refund (depending on the drawing's progress) will be given if I am unable to finish your commission,
• I don't work with deadlines, but the commissioner has the right to ask for a partial refund if i take more then 3 months to finish a single piece.

Terms of Use

• The commissioner has the rights to repost, use the commissioned work as profile pictures or banners as long as proper credit is given, and print it for PERSONAL use.

• I retain the rights over any commissioned works. and I can post it publicly in my socials, portfolios and use it as commission examples as I wish. However, a request for the commissioned art to remain entirely private/unpublished can be discussed and will incur additional fees.

• You may not make any edits to the commissioned artwork that hide/crop/remove/make hard to see the signature. the commissioner may also never claim my work as their own.

• Any characters portrayed in the commissioned work remain copyrighted to their rightful owners.

• The use of any part of the commission for non fungible tokens (NFTs), artificial intelligence datasets (AI), advertising or profits associated with NFTs, AIs or cryptocurrency is absolutely prohibited.

• Commissions are for non-commercial use only. Commercial use includes:
• Merchandise;
• Art/graphics made for shops or any business-related work/original domain websites;
• Promotional material, CD covers, game assets, book covers, social media artwork, icons etc;
• YouTube/Twitch/etc. assets (banner, avatar, art in videos) and having my work on any ad-supported sites/platforms;
